I'm on my 2nd year blogging and could relate to certain phases in you marketing tribulations. I'm seeing potential and now I got to kick it into overdrive. It seems weird to me that after all the time I spent trying to learn about internet marketing and different techniques, organizaton and simplicity dominate. Work hard, set goals and work harder...Inspiration is a hell of a drug..lol Look forward to more posts... It’s great to read an honest success story. Staying organized is so important, and I think you're right that it is one of the harder skills to master. I just started keeping lists in 2009, and only have started tracking SEO in Excel since about August. I saw a lot of parallels with my life, minus the kids though hopefully this year I'll become a father. I think one of the most valuable things you have is the the time you get to spend at home with your family, instead of countless hours at the office trying to keep a boss happy. Working from home has many benefits that can't be measured in terms of money. I think organisation is where a lot of MMO people fall down, I know I do, and it is probably the next important skill after SEO if you want to be a success at it. This year I am definitely going to hone my organisational skills.
